The New National Guard
On Sunday, April 30th of 2023 the Green Olive Collective joined with Yahav Zohar for a webinar reckoning with the growing reach of occupation.
We discussed the recent announcement of a new security force after months of demonstrations, and the ways that military dictatorship in the West Bank is continuing to extend itself across the Green Line. Yahav spoke about the formation of the national guard and its implications within a broader history of policy, policing, and security administration in Israel.
