Vision, Mission, and Values:
The Green Olive Collective is a social enterprise, tour operator, advocacy, and solidarity organization committed to a democratic future and an end to the ongoing displacement of Palestinians. We provide communities around the world with insights into the segregation policies of the occupation and the resources to engage in meaningful advocacy in solidarity with Palestinians.
This is accomplished through active engagement with the global community through tours of Palestine/Israel, a world wide membership program, and various local and transnational advocacy campaigns through the Green Olive Solidarity Network. The organization works to promote justice in all its forms, including the universal right to freedom of movement, education, infrastructure, and home.
Statement of Principles:
The Green Olive Collective supports and advocates for the Palestinian right of return, an end to the occupation, full equality for Palestinian citizens of Israel, and a democratic future of universal human rights.

Organizational Overview:
As a social enterprise, the Green Olive Collective conducts tours, educational programming and advocacy initiatives that illuminate social issues and provide tools for proactive change.
As a collective, the Green Olive Collective continues to experiment and develop a democratic governing framework that enables all working partners to grow professionally and personally.
Green Olive Tours: The tours are informative and analytical, covering the history, culture, religious, and political geography of Palestine and Israel. The tours highlight the lived realities of Palestinians living under occupation while showcasing the beauty, grandeur, and diversity of community life throughout the region.
The tours provide benefit to the Palestinian population through the hiring and training of tour guides, overnight stays with families and in small guest houses, and encouraging visitors to purchase local crafts directly from producers and Fair Trade outlets.
Palestine/Israel:
Tours in the territory west of the Green Line, referred to as the lands of 1948 in Palestinian society and as Israel under international law, take you on a journey of discovery through the peeled back layers of history from the Negev desert to the hills of the Galilee. Almost every part of the landscape was transformed after 1948 as the country developed and absorbed millions of Jewish migrants, at the expense of over 750,000 Palestinian residents displaced in the Nakba. Green Olive Tours provides information about the depopulated Palestinian municipalities, the unrecognized Bedouin townships, and examines the unequal status of the state’s Palestinian, Jewish, and non-Jewish citizens.
Jerusalem and the West Bank:
The tours in the occupied West Bank visit the separation barrier, and travel the roads and tunnels that connect to Jewish settlements. The day tours and package tours provide a unique opportunity to learn about Palestinian culture, gain first-hand, in-depth knowledge of the situation on the ground, and hear critical analysis from knowledgeable guides.
Private Tours:
Private tours can be arranged for individuals or groups to almost any part of Israel and the West Bank. They can be custom designed and can include visits with civil society leaders, human rights activists, business leaders, or government officials. Specialized tours can also be arranged for business people or diplomats visiting the region.
Green Olive Membership:
The membership program was initiated in 2014 and expanded in 2023, giving people around the world tools they need to act tangibly in support of Palestinian freedom. Membership provides the opportunity to join a global community of conscience and take part in activities advancing a democratic future and an end to the ongoing Nakba.
Members gain access to information, tools, and resources to deepen their knowledge and enhance their capacity to make change. They support the work of the Green Olive Collective and inform their peers about Palestinian human rights as part of a global network committed to an end of the occupation and the displacement of Palestinians.
