PALESTINE - ISRAEL - JORDAN - SINAI

Off the beaten track tours • Visit sites • Meet locals • Discuss Human Rights & Politics

On Sunday, March 15th of 2026 we joined with Jamal Juma to discuss the ways occupation authorities were attempting to radically reshape the map of the West Bank under the cover of regional war. As missiles, drones, rockets, and counter-ballistics flew overhead, Israel had shut down the Rafah crossing and intensified the siege of Gaza, further postponing any prospect of rebuilding civilian infrastructure. In the West Bank, an unprecedented land grab was under way as lethal settler attacks increased and military closures shuttered large swaths of the region.

We spoke with Jamal Juma about the growing imperative of BDS and global solidarity with Palestinian popular struggle against the border walls, checkpoints, and partitions imposed by the expansionist occupation regime. Jamal is the coordinator of the Palestinian Grassroots Anti-Apartheid Wall Campaign (Stop The Wall) and a secretariat member of the BDS National Committee (BNC).
